Allie Nicole has a troubled past, but her new religious foster Stepparents hope to turn her life around. Her foster stepmother, Kit Mercer, and her foster Stepfather have taken a special interest in reading bible verses to teach her the value of obedience to her elders. Allie believes she understands, but does not realize how far they are willing to go with her religious education. Allies foster Stepmother enters her room and invites her to join a midnight Stepfamily lesson with her foster Stepfather. Allie is reticent at first but agrees to participate in the session.
